On Sept. 20th, the couple will be having their white wedding. They already had their pre-wedding photoshoot with a picnic setting back in July at a park in London. Koko and Chimaobi were dressed in vintage mode, and the pictures were made in black and white as well as color.

 The bride and her family also are very proud and close to their efik tradition, and koko was in the fattening room for 10 days prior to her wedding.

Tunde Leye is one of my favorite writers, and it was his wildly popular online fiction series, Finding Hubby, that led me to his blog. I later got permission to republish it in full on Naijastories [here].

We've been in contact since then and finally met up while I was in Nigeria earlier this year, where he was very helpful during my book launch. I can still remember that day back in January when we were at a book event he put together and he whispered to me that he had met the love of his life and would be having his introduction in a few weeks.

“I recall going to the States (Maryland) to visit my aunty in February 2007. I was so excited! On the Sunday after I got there I decided to go to church with my aunt whilst my mum stayed at home. At the end of the service, the pastor asked for visitors to stand and introduce themselves. I did just that, told the church my name and that I was from London and some people were intrigued, Korede being one of them, Lol.

He came to introduce himself as the pastor’s son and that was how the journey of friendship began. I was excited that I had a fellow young person to always chill with anytime I went visiting. Getting back to the UK I added him on Facebook and that’s how we were able to stay in contact.

I loved the way he spoke so I’d always call to keep in touch but later gave up since he actually never called, and I was not ready to always be the one calling.

Lauren Scruggs Lost An Arm And An Eye In A Plane Accident But Found The Love of Her Life

Lauren Scruggs made headlines in 2011 after she walked into the still-spinning propeller of a small plane while exiting in the dark. She was hit in her left eye and severely injured her left hand. The arm had to be amputated and after surgery to remove the left eye, Lauren currently uses a prosthetic eye and arm.

After her recovery, the former model did not allow life to keep her down. Lauren turned her hands to fashion blogging, and also wrote a motivational book. And now, she is engaged and about to get married to the love of her life, E! News reporter Jason Kennedy!
